Mail Room Activity Explained
Mail Room is a 3D activity set in a mail room with conveyor belts and parcel boxes, where the client sorts and handles parcels. It runs in the Neurofit training app (Unity).
How to start it
- Open the client's profile page and scroll to the Assignments section.
- Click Start an activity now and select Mail Room from the picker (filter by the Attention or Processing speed goals to find it quickly).
- Choose a session length (5 min, 10 min, 15 min, or Custom) and click Start now.
What the client sees
The client opens the activity from their activities page in the training app. The Mail Room scene shows a 3D mail-room environment with conveyor belts and parcel boxes. Before play begins, a Start Tutorial? dialog appears with Yes and No buttons and a Do not show again checkbox.
Notes and limitations
- Cognitive domains: Selective attention · Processing speed · Inhibition (shown in the activity picker).
- Mail Room runs in the Unity-based training app at activity.neurofit.ca. It needs a computer with a mouse, and the first load can take a minute.
- Like all in-clinic starts, it is available for today only and counts as an in-clinic session, not homework. To keep it going after the session, use Assign as homework.
