Syncing Appointments with Google, Apple, and Outlook Calendars

See your Neurofit appointments inside the calendar app you already use. Neurofit gives you a private calendar feed link that you add to Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar once, and your appointments stay in sync automatically.

Note: the feed is one-way and read-only. It shows your appointments in your calendar, but booking and editing still happen in Neurofit.

Step 1: Open the Today screen and select "Subscribe"

  1. From the left sidebar, open Today.
  2. Select Subscribe at the top right of the screen.

Select Subscribe at the top right of the Today screen to open the calendar feed dialog.

Step 2: Copy your private feed link

  1. The Subscribe to your calendar dialog opens with your private feed URL.
  2. Select the copy button to copy the link.
  3. Select Done to close the dialog.

Step 3: Add the feed to your calendar app

Paste the link into your calendar app as a calendar "from URL". The exact menu names vary slightly by app and version:

App Steps
Google Calendar Settings → Add calendar → From URL, then paste the link.
Apple Calendar File → New Calendar Subscription, then paste the link.
Outlook Add calendar → Subscribe from web, then paste the link.

Note: after subscribing, it can take your calendar app a little while to show the first appointments. New and changed appointments then appear automatically.

Keep the link private

Anyone with the link can see your appointment times. Do not share it, and do not post it anywhere public.

If the link is ever shared by mistake, open the Subscribe dialog again and select Regenerate link. This invalidates the old link, so you will need to update the subscription in your calendar app with the new one.

Warning: regenerating the link invalidates the old one. Update your calendar app with the new link right away, or your appointments will stop appearing in it.

Notes and limitations

  • The feed is read-only: you cannot book, reschedule, or cancel appointments from your calendar app.
  • Changes made in Neurofit appear in your calendar app after it refreshes the feed. The refresh timing is controlled by the calendar app, not by Neurofit.
