Logging In to the Activities App (For Clients & Families)

How clients access Neurofit to complete their activities and homework.

Before You Begin

Your provider will set up your account and provide your login email. You do not need to create your own account.

Steps

1) Navigate to https://activity.neurofit.ca

2) Enter the email address your provider used to create your account.

3) Click Login. You'll land on your Homework page, which shows any pending and completed activities assigned by your provider.

Good to Know

• If you can't log in, your provider may need to enable your Login Status from the Dashboard. Ask them to check.

• You do not need to download any software — Neurofit runs in your web browser on any computer with a mouse and internet connection.

  
  

How to Log into the Neurofit Activities App

Step 1: Access the Website

• Go to the Neurofit Activities app website.
• You can access it directly through the website or via a notification email from your provider.

Step 2: Use Your Login Credentials

• Enter the approved username and login ID provided to you, typically your email address.

Step 3: Sign In

• Click 'Sign In' after entering your email.
• If it's your first time signing in, you may need to check off some initial disclaimers.

Step 4: Access Your Main Portal

• Once signed in, you will be able to view your activities in the main portal.

Step 5: Troubleshooting Access Issues

• If you encounter issues logging in, contact your provider or administrator to grant you access.
