Accessing Your Neurofit Dashboard

How to log in to your provider dashboard for the first time.

Before You Begin

You'll need login credentials from your organization admin. If you haven't received them, reach out to your admin to have an account created for you.

Steps

1) Navigate to https://admin.neurofit.ca

2) Enter your email and password, then click Login.

3) You're in. You'll land on the main Overview page, which shows all your clients and providers.

Good to Know

• If this is your first time logging in with a temporary password, we recommend resetting it right away.
• Providers access the Dashboard. Clients access the Activities App at activity.neurofit.ca — they are separate logins.

Accessing Your Neurofit Dashboard

1. Sign Up or Log In

• To access your Neurofit dashboard, you need to either:
  • Sign Up if you are an admin.
  • Log In if you are an employee or user of the organization.

2. Admin Sign Up Process

• If you are an admin (owner of a clinic or practice):
  • Click on the sign-up link.
  • Fill in the relevant information required for account creation.

3. Employee Log In Process

• If you are an employee:
  • Log in using your dedicated email and password.

4. Password Recovery

• If you haven't created a password or forgot it:
  • Click on the 'forgot password' link.
  • Follow the password recovery process to reset your password.
