March 2026 Platform Update — What Changed and What to Expect

We've released the most significant update to Neurofit since launch. Here's a summary of what changed and what it means for you.

The platform has been rebuilt for speed and reliability. Pages load faster, session data saves more consistently, and the overall experience is smoother across all features.


✨ Cleaner Interface

We've refined the layout and language throughout the platform based on feedback from clinicians. Things are easier to find, labels are clearer, and common actions require fewer clicks.


💳Smarter Billing

Your billing is now based on active client usage — meaning you're only charged for clients who log into the platform during a billing period. Inactive clients don't count toward your bill.

Your current plan and pricing are unchanged. Nothing has been adjusted as part of this update.


🔓 Early Access to Enterprise Features

As an early adopter, you currently have full access to Neurofit's growing feature set — including tools designed for organizations managing multiple clients.

This includes reporting capabilities that allow providers to export activity and billing summaries by client, built for teams who need records for internal reporting or reimbursement purposes. These features are rolling out in the coming weeks, and we'll share more as they become available.

We'll always give you plenty of notice before anything changes.

Will I lose any data?

No. Your clients, session history, settings, and team members are all unchanged.

No. Just log in as normal. Everything is already updated.

What does "active client" mean for billing?

A client counts as active when they log into the platform during a billing period. Clients who don't log in aren't counted toward your bill.
